Explorer Travel has a long history of success in selling travel worldwide but especially in the Maldives.
There are over 80 islands in the Maldives that cater for the tourist. These islands are no bigger than small parks in most cases but they all have a few things in common which make them ideal for selling on the internet.
All the islands are small, exclusive and high value which means that a few bookings each month will generate a high turnover and large profits.
Choose Your Islands
As a Maldives Explorer franchisee you can select two islands from a list of almost 80, but hurry because we can only offer an island once…
From our own experience of successfully selling the Maldives we know that two islands is the optimum number to make a successful home based internet travel business.
Once you have selected your two islands we will create and host a bespoke website for each of them on your behalf.

Marketing
Marketing your specialist websites could not be easier!
We will set up both a search engine and a social networking campaign for each website. This will include a Google campaign and Facebook and Twitter pages.
We are so confident about the success of your campaigns that we will also contribute up to 50% of the cost of marketing for the first six months*.
Many of our existing Maldives and “Specialist” websites are ranked on page One of Google for relevant key words and phrases. Achieving this takes skill and time but is also made a lot easier the more specialised the website. It would be hard to be more specialised than focusing each website on just one tiny Maldivian island.

Tools of the Trade
Whilst our “Maldives Explorer” franchisees concentrate on selling the Maldives – you will also have a comprehensive range of online systems allowing them to sell anything, anywhere in the world…
As you would expect from an online travel company you will be provided with the most comprehensive range of travel technology available including access to world travel guides and on-line search and booking systems with access to all the major tour operators, cruise companies, airlines and car rental companies.
With access to our online “e-PDQ” payment system even “face to face” bookings can be made via email and telephone and payment taken via the web.
Administration
Whilst you deal with your clients we support you with all your administrative needs.
Once you have taken a booking we will look after the entire administrative process including itinerary changes, name changes, paying suppliers and, of course, the occasional complaint. We also handle all your clients travel documentation leaving you free to sell more and more holidays and earn more and more commission.
Experience
You do not need any travel trade experience to run a successful travel business.
Running an online travel business is like any other business and requires all the same skills. The most important ingredients to your success is dedication and enthusiasm.
After an initial five day training course you will be invited to attend one day training sessions as you grow and develop your business.
Support is always on hand whether you require help with organising a tailor-made itinerary or tweeking your internet marketing campaign.
We also provide all our agents with a dedicated support manager for the first 6 months of trade.
Earnings
You will earn a generous 70% of the profit on all sales. Our top “Maldives Explorer” franchisee earns in in excess of £40,000 per annum.
With no administration and extremely low monthly overheads the profit potential for earnings is huge.
Your commission is paid directly into your bank account once every month by bank transfer.
There is no limit to earnings and you can grow your business as big as you want.

Monthly Fee
Our monthly management fee reflects the true cost of hosting and maintaining your web sites as well as providing you with access to our on-line travel trade technology.
Monthly fee: £110 plus VAT.
