Training is an on-going process and we will continue to develop your knowledge and skills throughout your time as a franchisee. You will be invited to a number of training courses from time to time.
Administration
Explorer Travel looks after all the administration for our Franchisees.
Once the booking has been made there is absolutely no administration for you to do other than account for the commission payment you receive every month via BACs. This allows you to concentrate on building your business with the support of our team of expert travel consultants who are here to help you in any way they can. Whatever your question we are always at the end of the telephone (or email).
Marketing
Help is also on hand for all your advertising and marketing needs. We offer a range of marketing and promotional devices to help you promote your business including a free design service.
In addition all “Cruise Explorer”, “Travel Agent” and “Specialist” franchisees receive a full “marketing” pack including BNI membership, business cards, email signature and search engine and social network marketing campaigns.
IT Support
As an internet business it is essential to provide our franchisees with comprehensive IT Support.
Not only do we provide technical support but we also offer franchisees help, advice and training on all IT related topics including useful marketing tools such as “search engine optimisation”, Google Adwords and setting up pages and campaigns on social networks including Facebook and Twitter.
Product Support
You do not need any experience to join Explorer Travel and, as such, we recognise that you will not know everything about all the products and destinations that we sell so we provide you with product support via our administration.
If you need any help or advice regarding hotels, resorts, multi-stop itineraries or similar we are always here to help.
In addition to our support structure you will also have access to an online travel “encyclopedia” resource called “Gazetteers” which is only available to the travel industry by subscription.
